Cookies and local storage are small files or entries a website saves in your browser. On ferreiraview.com we only use what's needed for the site to work and to remember your choices. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies.

1. What we store in your browser

These entries don't identify you, aren't shared with anyone and aren't used to track you on other sites. As they are strictly necessary, the law doesn't require prior consent for them.
2. Third-party services
- Fonts: served from our own site; there's no connection to Google.
- Surf report: your browser requests swell, wind and tide data from Open-Meteo. That request uses no cookies, but the service receives your IP address.
- External links (WhatsApp, MEO Beachcam webcams, Instagram, wfolio galleries): when you open them, those sites' cookie policies apply.
3. Analytics and marketing cookies
We don't use any right now. If we add tools such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel in the future, they will only run after you consent through the cookie notice, and this page will be updated with the list.
4. How to manage
You can review your choices at any time in (also in the footer). You can also clear local storage in your browser settings; the site will then go back to its defaults.
